En una misma inmersión podemos bucear en dos grandes pecios de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. En diciembre de 1944, el carguero alemán “Ferndale” encalló en las costa noruega. El vapor de rescate “Parat” fue llamado en su ayuda y también acabó naufragando, compartiendo ambos el mismo destino.
El “Parat” con una longitud de 30 metros se hundió primero, sumergiéndose a una profundidad de 45-60 metros. El gigante “Ferndale” le siguió cuatro horas más tarde, estrellándose contra el “Parat” y quedando hundido a una profundidad similar. Como resultado, el buceo en ambos pecios ofrece un perfil de buceo perfecto tanto para buceadores técnicos como recreativos.
