Secret Bay se trata de un arrecife que se encuentra a las afueras de la bahía de Pemuteran y que forma un canal que actúa como un gran vivero submarino para muchos peces larvarios. Estas fuertes corrientes de marea hacen que los peces e invertebrados estén saludables y bien alimentados. El agua está también más baja de temperatura (sobre los 22 – 25 grados) y es lo que facilita que Gilimanuk sea un punto de buceo muy atractivo para el fotógrafo macro.
